Shipping / Returns
Lissproducts.com ships from our own stock, so you'll have your order at home very quickly:
- We ship parcels via PostNL and DHL five days a week: Monday to Friday (exception: recognised public holidays)
- Order before 2:00 PM on these days (via PostNL or DHL) and pay online (e.g. with iDEAL), and your order will be shipped within 48 hours.
- Your order can arrive as early as the next shipping day. Please note: no delivery on Sundays or public holidays.
- Orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany with an order value of €49.99 or more are shipped free of charge.
- Please note that delivery is handled by the carrier, so any delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.
- We ship across Europe, including Belgium and Germany.

Available directly from our own stock
Every product on this website shows a stock indication and the quantity available. This number is directly linked to our own warehouse — we don't ship via third parties or "drop-shipping", but genuinely from our own warehouse and our own stock.
Returns
Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem! You can easily return products, provided the following conditions are met:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Products must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Returns can only be arranged after contacting our customer service.
Once we've received and approved your return, you'll receive your refund within 5 business days.
